... the Lost City...
Nearing the end of the Kings Canyon walk a plateau of rocky domes, reminiscent of the Bungle Bungles, is encountered. These weathered, sandstone domes are beehive like in structure and they have become known as The Lost City.
The Watarrka National Park is an important conservation area for many species of plants and animals.
